PhotoHunt ~Purple

The photo hunt for this week is 'purple'.
I've decided to share my photos of purple artichokes that are in the garden in Montisi.
They grow right outside the kitchen. We even had them for dinner... on party night of our GreatEscape
Happy hunting y'all~

I've never seen purple artichokes!

I almost posted artichoke shots as well. Perhaps it wasn't a wise move to photo hunt together in Italy! LOL

Have a great weekend.

Hi Sandi, I'm so glad you stopped by. It has been a long time. Do you know I have seen live how an artichoke grows and I didn't know either there were purple ones. You need to give us a primer on how to prepare them.

Very unusual for me :) I seldom see flowers served for meal except for decoration ;) Enjoy your dinner :)

I'm glad to land on your site via photohunt. Mine is here.

Blessings!
