The ONLY bad weather day we have had, is the day we took a drive to Siena.

We decided to find a spot on the Campo and people watch while everyone else explored the town. Can you blame me?
Then the skies opened up.
Even the umbrellas weren't helping.
Yes... that's Hail!It didn't dampen our spirits~ just another day in paradise!
Ciao y'all,
Sandi

OMG that is not rain, that's a hurricane! Bet your shoes will never be the same. Oh well buy new ones and have another glass of vino.
We had a couple of those when we were in Italy. They made me want to go curl up and sleep them off. Our room had a huge open balcony double door kind of thing and the sound of the rain with the doors open was awesome. Glad you are having a good time.
Even the worst weather on vacation is still better than the best weather while you're at work!
Holledayz~ We sat inside and waited it out. (which involved wine and caffe!
Magnolia~ That does sound like the thing to do... a little siesta.
Elz~ ain't that the truth!
Sounds like you had a fabulous day in Siena in spite of the rain. Oh how I would love to be sitting in the Campo right now. Loved your photos!
