It is time for our Friday's Favorite ♥Linky Party♥
My favorite for this friday is simple
Simply~
Now what's your favorite?
Remember... anything goes!
Y'all join the party,
Sandi
'put in the butter, oil, sliced onion, and a large pinch of salt. ... cook the onion, turning it occasionally, until it becomes very soft and has shed all it's liquid. Then uncover the pan, turn up the heat to medium and cook, stirring once or twice, until all the liquid has bubbled away and the onion has become colored a tawny gold.'
The meat broth that I had made and frozen provided a flavorful base.
Y'all don't forget to Follow Along on facebook... everyday a new adventure!Lemon Meringue Cupcakes
24 lemoney cupcakes
1 jar lemon curd
Paula Deen's 7 Minute Frosting When it was time for dessert~ I topped each of the cupcakes with a dollop of lemon curd. Then a larger dollop of the 7 minute frosting that I had made earlier in the day (which answers the question... is this meringue stable enough to last in the fridge?).
I torched each cupcake until the meringue was lightly toasted.
They were fabulous!and fancy :-{)
Thanks bunches to my new bloggy friend Susi. She even responded to my email's while I was in the kitchen... It was almost like having a bloggy friend at the kitchen counter while I was cooking.
Y'all enjoy~
Sandi
I finally got it fixed... now I am undecided as to which I like.
Linky party~ yes, no, or what the heck is a linky party?
We have cut back on our icy drinks... but we still go visit our friends!
If you live in the south, you know that by the end of the summer the kudzu will cover everything in it's way.

Here you go, by special request~
