Photo Hunt ~Sweet

The photo hunt for today is 'sweet' I immediately thought of my favorite gelateria in Rome, not far from our hotel.
This is a cup of Salvia e Lampone~ sage and raspberry. The gelato is not overly sweet... but the setting is!

Happy hunting y'all,
Sandi

I don't know why, but one of my favorite memories from Italy, but I had hundreds of favorites, was sitting in the trains and hearing the vendors call out "G e l a t i" as they walked up and down the tracks when we were stopped in the stations. Great take on the theme.

I will have to check this out. It is by Santa Maria della Pace, my FAVORITE church in Rome! I will be dragging Jerry there, but now I have gelato as incentive!

I have never been to Italy so it is fun to see it through your words and pictures. I hope you have a wonderful day today!
