Chic!

Y'all are going to be oh-so jealous when you see what I got for Christmas.
My niece, who is taking culinary classes at Johnson and Wales University has the very same thing (but I'd be willing to bet she isn't wearing them)

Tres Chic!

Onion goggles!

They are to keep you from crying while chopping onions... and they really work.

Fashion in the kitchen.
Have I mentioned our aprons recently?

Happy Chopping Y'all,
Sandi

Sandi! I've been "away" for a while, but how fun to come back to visit your blog and see that photo! It made me laugh!

Gary's mom used to put a piece of bread in her mouth while cutting onions...I've never done that, but she swore by it!

Love the googles! Too cute!

HOpe all is well!

Can you see me ~ green with envy! Too too cool. I really do need those.

What good recipes do you have for Superbowl Sunday?

You're killin' me with those. My super human powers prevent me from crying when I cut onions. Oh okay. So it's my contacts that keep my eyes from watering, but the point is, I don't need no stinkin' glasses in order to manhandle my onions. But...they do look pretty sharp. Maybe I should get a pair just so I can look spiffy. lol

Great picture - those are actually pretty cool.

Surprisingly, onions don't make me cry. They never have. But those glasses - oh man! Muy caliente!

Diane~ you can google anything tese days.
Shabby~ I haven't tried them for 3D... but I can see high def!
Tracey~ I'm on a diet... I can't be trusted with bread in my mouth these days.
Cottage~ I'll have to get creative ffor super bowl this year. I'll put on my thinking goggles
Kari~ I am now down to one contact and one eye for reading... so I cry out of one eye. The glasses work!
Kat & Holly~ I'm thinking about trying them out for my next domino game!
Sally~ muy caliente... funny!

Another great idea! I don't have problems with onions but my daughter does so I should get those for her, then there would be no excuses why she can't cook --lol!

I could have used those today. The pieces of onion that I chopped were larger than I wanted. I simply was sick of burning eyes, so I gave up.
