Ooooo! Remember "Easter Parade" with ummm...Fred Astaire (I think). The movie? We watched that every Easter. I haven't thought about that movie in years! Thanks Sandi - I think I'll go look for that. And Happy Easter to you too!
I LOVE the bonnets!! Even though I look ridiculous in hats of any kind, I find them terribly romantic!

Beautiful Pictures...
One of my favorite movies is the Fred Astaire and Judy Garland "Easter Parade"...makes me feel like a little girl sitting in my grandmother's living room, being ever so quiet so we could hear that marvelous voice and see those amazing dancing feet and just being with our Mammy...love, that's what it felt like.

I love your post, and I adore Easter bonnets.
I wandered over here from Jill's blog. I love the Easter bonnet photos. And by all means, you should resurrect (no pun intended) the Easter bonnet tradition. The more people who wear hats, the better. @):-)
I miss new Easter dresses, Easter bonnets...I wish it would come back. I have so many great memories of "first day of spring" outfits...awww...the good ole days.
I'll bet some of these would look adorable on our guinea pigs...
