The Power to Change

I had one Irish saying that I didn't get to use.
It is my favorite of all.

You have the power to be the change in your life.

Watch your Thoughts - they become Words.
Watch your Words - they become Actions.
Watch your Actions - they become Habits.
Watch your Habits - they become Character.
Watch your Character - for it becomes your Destiny.
Life's about changin~ nothing ever stays the same. (Didn't Garth Brooks say that?)

Hey,

Really like your blog, and thanks for the comment on mine. Nice to hear from someone close to home. The pawn shop was Delta Pawn in B'ham...I may have to go up there again sometime when I'm passing thru to see my daughter!

I love those words about changing. We always get what we ask for so we have to beware what that is.

Hi!
What a wonderful blog. I can't wait to get into all the recipes! I just wanted to comment on "The power to Change" quote. Changing how one thinks really does affect how one lives. I think I'll borrow this wonderful quote. Thank you!
