Another Irish saying

Here is another Irish saying...

It’s no use carrying an umbrella
if your shoes are leaking.

I think that means buy New Shoes!

Don't y'all just love those Irish sayings?

Good Sister's Mama says the only difference between Irish sayings and Jewish sayings is location, lol...love the rain boots and umbrella!!!

Oh! I love your matching wellies and brollie set! They are a definite "must have" if you go to go to Great Britain or The Republic of Ireland -- lots of rainbows to be found.

Glad you ahve been enjoying my Ireland eminiscences.

After a Guinness, or two, all the proverbs make excellent sense and you find you cna make them up too! ;-)
