On the Tracks

Here are some fun photos from our afternoon at the WhistleStop Cafe in Irondale.
These tracks bring back lots of memories, they haven't changed in years.
I've got pictures of food tomorrow.
Y'all enjoy,
Sandi

I'm sure you hear this a lot but these pictures sure remind me of "Fried Green Tomatoes" the movie :)

Mari~ I risked running into a train for that one.
Bo~ It is just good home cooking... just like mom used to make.
Kaye~ The movie was actually filmed in Georgia. But, this is the site of the story.

Whose cookbook is that? I really like the first picture with the flag highlighted - you are such a pro! Bring on the food pictures - I need a veggie fix! Cheers!

Sounds like my kind of place. I love the oldtime cafe and the way they cooked food rather than micro-waved it. I loved that movie...Fried Green Tomatoes I have watched it a bunch of times and finally tried those fried green tomatoes. I have always enjoyed hearing the trains go by, wondering where they were going and what adventures people were having. Now that I moved here to Saint Cloud, I hear, very faintly, a train every once in a while.
