Taking a Staycation?

Have you been hearing about the idea of a Staycation? 'They' are trying to convince us that vacationing closer to home is the economical and practical way to travel. I am trying to think positive.
We can stay close to home and enjoy the wildlife.

Beautiful sunsets...

There is a little cabin not far from here. It is very shabby chic.
There is always entertainment.
We are not far from our local hangout, where they speak a foreign language.
I am just not convinced!

How 'bout y'all?

We've done a few stacations and it's nice to see some of the things close by, but it seems you end up working at home a lot too!

Having fun with your Staycation? Your fairy circling the globe is funny. Sometimes we forget about all the good stuff that we do have around us and to celebrate it as a holiday destination might turn up new & interesting things.
