What's on Your kitchen table?

Janelle at Talk of Tomatoes has suggested a fun idea. She is hosting C.O.T.M. ~ centerpiece of the month. I am thinking that this will give me the incentive to get the rest of the christmas stuff put away once and for all.

Since I also have to be cleaning out my pantry for 'Bake My Day' ...I plan to be real simple this month. How 'bout a bowl of popcorn!

What's on y'alls table?

I like that!
Ummm...wouldn't it be fun if a kernel would pop from the candle heat!
Really it is a wonderful center piece!
Why would you clean your pantry? They supposed to be messy.

That'd be a great idea if we HAD a kitchen table.

My apartment's idea of a "dining area" ended up being where we set up our home office, so we eat in the living room for now.

What a fun idea! And when you get tired of it, into the pot it goes!

That is so pretty! Did you make the candles? I never would have thought of popcorn, but it works beautifully.

okay, that is just too cute! i want to fill up a huge thing with popcorn like when we were kids and we used to have those jumping things. i bet it feels so neat, kind of like sticking your hand in a big bag or rice, but smoother.
