Yes it is and quite tasty too... I haven't had time to eat yet.. so put some in a glass of milk... ok, that is my dad's favorite... crumble the cornbread into a glass of milk... and then spoon it out like cereal. Great shot and now, I must go get some food.

One of my favorites! Yum!
I love cornbread. I also add chopped Hominy corn (the white variety), chopped green onions and roasted sweet yellow corn, pepper, chopped chilies, or other ingredients to my cornbread.... (not all at the same time... just what strikes my fancy at the time).
For some reason a few moons ago I shoulda taken a pic of a piece of pie!! Great idea!!
