22 days before I leave for Positano.
I look forward to the beauty of this village built on the side of the coast.
The food, The people, The limoncello.
I was there just last year and there is one thing that has me worried.

Painful steps.
Everywhere you go there are hundreds of steps.
Note to self: Pack the aleeve and BenGay.

One thing I discovered in Italy was called "Flector Delore" and was their version of Tylenol. It was powder like a BC that you mix with water and worked GREAT!
Ask at one of their "farmacias" (is that how you spell it?)
Wish I could go with you!
