The photo hunt for this week is 'space' Mind the Gap~ which translates in Southernese to~ 'y'all don't trip in the space'. opps~ wrong date. I'm early (for once) Y'all enjoy! Sandi
Interesting. Good thing I read your blog to learn some of the southern lingo in case I ever visit that area of the US and come upon a Mind the Gap sign. Would not have understood it without your post...although once you explained it, it makes perfect sense. Great take on the theme!
My sister was quite upset with me the last time I was in the UK that I didn't come home with a mug from the Transport Museum that read "Mind the Gap". At that time she was ALWAYS shopping at the Gap for my niecie-pie's clothes. It never even occurred to me at the time. I kick myself for not getting one for both of us.

Every time I come here I get hungry for those darn fried green tomatoes...
cute post...
Great take on the theme and a cool photo!
There are quite a few of us who post early :)
Nice take on the theme.
I learned another southern term this week. I've never heard it before.
This is a great choice for this week's theme!
Are you going to get some London time when you're in Europe this spring?
Jerry~ I wish! London will have to be another trip.
That's an interesting photo. I've never seen that written before.
Don't look up - look down!
Fun post and great take on the theme.
That sure is a good fit for the theme.
Good one!
Great photo and presentation of our space theme this week!
Happy Hunting!
Cute take.
I love that saying. We usually walk around mocking the woman saying it. And nice take on 'space'.

I love this! Knowing me, I'd trip into the gap while reading the sign.:-)
BTW - I usually post early so I can visit the Aussies and other Pacific area folks and the Europeans. It's tomorrow sooner than you think!
Thanks for visiting!
Nice one! Did you take that on the London Underground?

Hey - that's a good one for this week!
Hope your weekend's going well. :)
What an antique looking "mind the gap" sign. Was this on the Northern Line in London, by any chance??
Love your choice and can hear the voice in my head, "Mind the Gap" but of course I'm trying to say it with the English accent.
Wow I learn a new term. Nice take
