The B's in Birmingham

This has been the most special weekend. The B's have taken over Birmingham! Tonja posted a warning to the people of the Magic City~ Gatherings are her thing. It is hilarious! James Spann obviously took heed, as the weather was fabulous. I am afraid the hostess at the Cheesecake Factory was not as impressed with the royalty of the blogging world converging in town. Just a Beach Kat came to the city for a little Christmas shopping. With her holiday list she will be headed home with a trunk load. Tracey and Diane came up from the Gump~ Montgomery for those of you who may not understand the lingo. Jill is going to brave the road construction and come over from Hotlanta. Rhoda lives right here in Birmingham, but we had never actually met. She is the essence of Southern Hospitality.
Internet relationships are a funny thing. When you meet someone for the first time, you actually have a relationship~ in our case a friendship. I hope that all of you will have a chance to meet your blogging friends. But... be ready for a little of this~
Y'all say cheese!

That looks like such a great time. I was lucky to go up to Charlotte, NC, in October and meet several blogging friends who came from New Hampshire, Boston, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee! It was so neat already "knowing" these friends because there was no "getting to know you weirdness." I can't wait to do it again.
