We are getting ready for our family get-away at the beach.

Was so glad to see a comment at my place from you Sandi. I haven't done a lot since my surgery in April, but getting back into the swing of things. I think I've told you before how lucky I am that your store products are carried at our McLeod Farms store...just picked up a box of green tomato batter mix (Mac did anyway lol). Come on up to Chesterfield County (SC) and give us a visit...I'd love to take you to the World Famous Smokehouse for the best barbecue you've ever had!

What a wonderful place to spend a summer day :) We will be at the Olympic beach volleyball finals on Thursday - look for the Americans waving our big American flag :)

Thanks for stopping by. Your pictures of the beach look so beautiful. My parents have a condo in Orange Beach, AL, I didn't realize that you were in AL also. I feel as if it's our second home. We didn't get to the beach this year and it doesn't feel like summer because of that fact. You enjoy the beach enough for all of us, good luck on that volleyball game, wish I could join you, but I will cover the Olympics for ya!
